- Britannica High School Online Encyclopedia - Online home to Encyclopedia Britannica for high school students. This site contains articles, pictures, videos, and so much more to help with your research on almost any topic. This is a great place to start your research. It also has a student section with research and presentation tips.
- Galileo - GALILEO stands for GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online, an initiative of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. GALILEO is an online library portal to authoritative, subscription-only information that is not available through free search engines or Web directories.
- Gale's Global Issues in Context - NEW! Global Issues in Context is a reference database containing news, perspectives, reference materials, primary source documents, audio, video, statistics, and more you can use to analyze and understand the most important issues in the world today.
- Gale's Science in Context- NEW! Science in Context is a reference database containing news, perspectives, reference materials, primary source documents, audio, video, statistics, and more you can use to analyze and understand the most important issues in the scientific world today.
- Gale's Novels for Students - Gale's Novels for Students is an online collection of the Gale's Novels for Students print volumes. Each volume contains articles discussing the literary and historical significance of 12 to 14 major novels from various cultures and time periods. Each volume includes synopses of plot, characters and themes and much more.
- Literary Reference Center - The Literary Reference Center is a full-text database of information on thousands of authors and their works across literary disciplines and time frames to help provide a foundation of literary reference works to meet your research needs.
- NoveList - NoveList is a database of reading recommendations, available through libraries around the world. It is a comprehensive source of information about books that includes expert recommendations, reviews, articles, lists and more. If you are searching for a book to read, this is the tool for you.
- Oxford Reference - Oxford Reference is an online reference source for British and American Literature.
- SIRS Issues Researcher - SIRS Issues Researcher is an online database of resources to help understand both sides of an issue by offering relevant, credible resources on major issues and world conflicts of the day. Use SIRS Issues Researcher for background information and analysis for over three-hundred current and pervasive issues.
- Student Reference Center - The Student Reference Center is a database provided by EBSCOhost with information and full-text resources on a variety of topics ranging from general reference collections to specially designed, subject-specific databases for public, academic, medical, corporate and school libraries.

- AJC Education Online - Online access for students and teachers to many resources found published in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The site also provides additional links, classroom resources, and a quiz to help you improve your vocabulary.
- Campus Tours - Campus Tours offers a way for students to take virtual tours of colleges and universities in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and China through multimedia tours and interactive campus maps and information for many colleges and universities.
- College Board - College Board helps prepare students for a successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness and college success — including the SAT and the Advanced Placement Program. Find resources for SAT and AP exams and register to take the SAT.
- Discovery Streaming - Discovery Streaming is an online collection of over 125,000 multimedia components aligning to your curriculum. The site also provides students homework help, help with math, and information and resources to help with learning and research.
- Khan Academy - The Khan Academy is an online collection of free, academic videos covering math and science topics such as biology, chemistry, and physics, finance, computing, history and much more. For a complete listing of course offerings, visit https://www.khanacademy.org/library.
- Sweet Search - Sweet Search is like a Google search engine specifically designed to help students find the most relevant search results from a list of credible resources from primary sources. Spam sites, inappropriate sites for students and marginal sites that read well, but lack academic or journalistic rigor are excluded from search results.
- TED - TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design and is a nonprofit organization devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short talks (18 minutes or less). TED talk videos cover a wide range of topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages.
